Seth Graham

You are here

When Seth designs a tattoo, evoking thought is paramount. He prides himself on creating body art that demands a double take. The tone of his work is decidedly dark, heavily influenced by the art of H.R. Giger and M.C. Escher as well as Charles Burns' graphic novel, Black Hole. He utilizes abstract concepts, warped realism and colors that pop. The result is trippy scenes that tip toe the line between fantasy and reality. Notable recurring characters in Seth's work are what he calls “travelers,” nightmarish specters adorned in crimson cloaks that inhabit an alternate universe of his own design. Like Satan's snowflakes, no two are the same. When you see one of Seth's tattoos, you might not be sure what you're looking at, but will definitely find it hard to look away.
